Our story started more than 10 years ago with passion for achieving top results in challenging projects and project environments.

First mandates came from customers facing deadlocked projects where predecessors failed to tackle the challenges and achieve expected results or milestones.

Since then, nurtured by successful projects, our customer base grew constantly asking us to build up more capacity. Although the amount of project requests we received constantly exceeded our capacity, we did not seek do grow at any cost. Our priority is to grow organically, choosing the best candidates to fit our company enriching our team and pursuing our passion and business mentality.

We are highly proficient in jumping on the boat, quickly recognizing the project scope and derived tasks based on experience and deep understanding of as-is processes and support tools/systems.

We combine methodological expertise with hands-on mentality and apply best practices in order to create individual solutions for our customers. Often we conduct projects and support conceptualization phase as well as implementation of solutions faster than customers usually expect.
